Adequate construction preparation
施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理貫穿于工程施工的全過(guò)程，充分的施工準(zhǔn)備是管理好施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的基礎(chǔ)。施工單位只有通過(guò)充分的施工準(zhǔn)備，才能保障施工過(guò)程的連續(xù)、協(xié)調(diào)、均衡和經(jīng)濟(jì)。在進(jìn)行施工準(zhǔn)備工作中應(yīng)注意以下問(wèn)題：

The following problems should be paid attention to in the construction preparation work:
1．要建立嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)、規(guī)范的內(nèi)部約束、考核、激勵(lì)機(jī)制，用制度管人，用規(guī)章管理工程。

2．要補(bǔ)充調(diào)查工程沿線影響施工的因素，標(biāo)注出平面位置圖，并進(jìn)行、論證，寫出調(diào)查報(bào)告，作為修訂施工方案、編制施工控制預(yù)算的依據(jù)。

4．根據(jù)施工合同協(xié)議和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)研認(rèn)真編制施工控制預(yù)算，作為控制支出、進(jìn)行成本預(yù)測(cè)分析、經(jīng)濟(jì)核算以及統(tǒng)計(jì)工程進(jìn)度的依據(jù)。

5．進(jìn)行業(yè)務(wù)、技術(shù)培訓(xùn)和技術(shù)交底，使相關(guān)人員對(duì)工程的技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、操作規(guī)程、質(zhì)量控制、資料整理有全 面的了解。

6．建立工地試驗(yàn)室，并申請(qǐng)臨時(shí)資質(zhì)。對(duì)施工中擬使用的各種原材料取樣試驗(yàn)，建立相關(guān)技術(shù)參數(shù)的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)。

7．繪制關(guān)鍵工序施工工藝流程圖和試驗(yàn)操作規(guī)程、質(zhì)量檢查評(píng)定、計(jì)量支付、設(shè)計(jì)變更、事故處理等操作管理框圖，并使圖表上墻。
