（1）檢查路拌機液壓泵有無傷痕和銹蝕現(xiàn)象，必要時應更換新品。
(1) Check the hydraulic pump of the road mixer for signs of damage and rust, and replace it with a new one if necessary.
（2）檢查路拌機液壓泵副配合情況。將柱塞端頭插人柱塞套內(nèi)，傾斜約60°，若柱塞能在自身作用下緩慢地下滑為配合良好。
(2) Check the coordination of the hydraulic pump pair of the road mixer. Insert the end of the plunger into the plunger sleeve and tilt it at about 60 °. If the plunger can slowly slide under its own action, it is considered a good fit.
（3）檢查路拌機液壓泵柱塞副的密封性。用手握住柱塞套，兩個手指堵住柱塞頂端和側面的進油口。用另一只手拉出柱塞，感到有較大的吸力，放松柱塞立即縮回原位，表明柱塞副密封良好，否則應更換柱塞副。
(3) Check the sealing of the hydraulic pump plunger pair of the road mixer. Hold the plunger sleeve with your hand and block the oil inlet at the top and side of the plunger with two fingers. Pull out the plunger with the other hand and feel a strong suction. Release the plunger and immediately retract it back to its original position, indicating that the plunger pair is well sealed. Otherwise, the plunger pair should be replaced.
（4）檢查出油閥副減壓環(huán)帶是否磨損有臺階或傷痕現(xiàn)象，必要時應予以更換。
(4) Check if the pressure reducing ring of the oil outlet valve is worn, stepped or scratched, and replace it if necessary.
（5）檢查出油閥副的配合情況。用手指堵住出油閥下孔，用另一手指將出油閥輕輕向下壓，當手指離開出油閥上端時，它能自動彈回原位，表明出油閥副密封良好，否則應更換出油閥副。
(5) Check the fit of the oil outlet valve pair. Block the lower hole of the outlet valve with your finger, and gently press the outlet valve down with your other finger. When your finger leaves the upper end of the outlet valve, it can automatically rebound back to its original position, indicating that the outlet valve pair is well sealed. Otherwise, the outlet valve pair should be replaced.
（6）檢查路拌機液壓泵挺柱體。噴油泵體和挺柱體之間的標準間隙為0～0.03mm，如超過0.2mm，則應更換零件。
(6) Check the hydraulic pump tappet body of the road mixer. The standard clearance between the fuel injection pump body and the tappet body is 0-0.03mm. If it exceeds 0.2mm, the parts should be replaced.
（7）檢查路拌機液壓泵柱塞凸緣和控制套的凹槽之間的間隙，應為0.02～0.08mm，如超過0.12mm，需要更換控制套。
(7) Check the gap between the flange of the hydraulic pump plunger of the road mixer and the groove of the control sleeve, which should be 0.02-0.08mm. If it exceeds 0.12mm, the control sleeve needs to be replaced.
