1、滿載的撒布車在行駛過程中，應(yīng)采用中速行駛，遇有彎道、下坡路時(shí)應(yīng)提前減速，盡量避免緊急制動；這是因?yàn)闉r青罐體內(nèi)的瀝青為液態(tài)流體狀，行駛過程中其車輛不穩(wěn)定，容易偏離，在上述情況下更加嚴(yán)重。

2、檢查機(jī)械、灑布裝置及防護(hù)、防火設(shè)備是否齊全。采用固定式噴燈向?yàn)r青箱的火管加熱時(shí)，應(yīng)先打開瀝青箱上的煙囪口，并在液態(tài)瀝青淹沒火管后，方可點(diǎn)燃噴燈。加熱噴燈的火焰過大或擴(kuò)散蔓延時(shí)應(yīng)立即關(guān)閉噴燈，待多余的燃油燒盡后再行使用。噴燈使用前，應(yīng)先封閉吸油管及進(jìn)料口，手提噴燈點(diǎn)燃后不得接近易燃品；行駛時(shí)嚴(yán)禁使用加熱系統(tǒng)。

3、瀝青撒布車駕駛員與機(jī)上操作人員應(yīng)密切配合，操作人員應(yīng)注意自身的安全。作業(yè)時(shí)在噴灑瀝青方向10m以內(nèi)不得有人停留，以免造成事故。
