Technical characteristics of cold regeneration?

較之傳統(tǒng)的道路維修改造方法，道路就地冷再生工藝有著無可比擬的諸多優(yōu)點(diǎn)。

1、成本低

根據(jù)國外的施工資料介紹，與在舊鋪層上加鋪新料的方法相比，就地冷再生約可降低成本20%~46%。

4、不損壞路基

由于冷再生施工為一次性作業(yè)方式，再生機(jī)組在暴露的路基上只通過一次。所以與傳統(tǒng)施工方法相比，對路基的損害較小。

所有舊鋪層材料全部就地利用，從而大大減少了新材料的用量，保護(hù)了資源。

由于不存在舊料的運(yùn)輸問題，不需要其他機(jī)械對舊料的靶松和破碎，不需要大塊材料的去除和專門破碎，更重要的是施工過程的一次性作業(yè)特點(diǎn)大大簡化了施工程序，從而節(jié)約了施工時(shí)間。

As there is no problem of old material transportation, no need for other machinery to loosen and crush the old materials, no need for removal and special crushing of large materials, and more importantly, the one-time operation feature of the construction process greatly simplifies the construction procedure, thus saving construction time.

7、保護(hù)環(huán)境

7. Protect the environment

因?yàn)榕f料的利用大大減少了新材料的開采量，也不存在舊料的運(yùn)輸和堆放問題。從根本上滿足了環(huán)境保護(hù)的要求。
