應(yīng)在施工前做好施工放樣?；謴?fù)中線時(shí)，直線段每15~20m設(shè)一樁，曲線段每10~15m設(shè)一樁，并在兩邊路肩邊沿外設(shè)指示樁，在指示樁上用顯著符號(hào)標(biāo)出邊沿的計(jì)劃高掛基準(zhǔn)線。

Construction setting out shall be done before construction. 水泥安穩(wěn)碎石底底層選用會(huì)合拌制，拌和站設(shè)在百丈互通轉(zhuǎn)盤(pán)內(nèi)的空地上。拌和前應(yīng)測(cè)定各種規(guī)格的含水量，根據(jù)含水量天氣情況和運(yùn)距的長(zhǎng)度調(diào)整用水量，保證混合料的含水量均勻適宜。夏日施工時(shí)可先對(duì)碎石進(jìn)行灑水濕潤(rùn)。含水量要比最好含水量大1.0%，使混合料運(yùn)到鋪筑地段，攤鋪后在碾壓時(shí)的含水量不小于最好值?；覄┝堪凑諛?biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)則的檢測(cè)頻率和方法進(jìn)行，灰劑量缺乏時(shí)要及時(shí)加灰，保證灰劑量按大于協(xié)作比0.5％控制并符合技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)需要，及時(shí)取樣進(jìn)行試件成型

在施工水穩(wěn)層前在硬路肩及沒(méi)有計(jì)劃路緣石的部位先進(jìn)行側(cè)模板支立，防止水穩(wěn)層澆筑施工時(shí)水穩(wěn)層澆筑出計(jì)劃邊線。側(cè)模支立時(shí)要先進(jìn)行立模放樣，模板加固后進(jìn)行校模驗(yàn)?zāi)?。供認(rèn)模板符合計(jì)劃需要并經(jīng)監(jiān)理工程師認(rèn)可，答應(yīng)進(jìn)行水穩(wěn)層澆筑后方可進(jìn)行水穩(wěn)層澆筑施工

Paving

在水穩(wěn)層正式開(kāi)工之前，應(yīng)在監(jiān)理工程師贊同的地址鋪筑長(zhǎng)度為100~200米的試驗(yàn)路段。在鋪筑試驗(yàn)路段的過(guò)程中，應(yīng)設(shè)專人掛線量測(cè)，做好調(diào)查和記載，研討解決發(fā)現(xiàn)的各種疑問(wèn)。試驗(yàn)路段應(yīng)在監(jiān)理工程師的監(jiān)督下進(jìn)行，假設(shè)試驗(yàn)路段經(jīng)監(jiān)理工程師贊同查驗(yàn)，可作為耐久工程的一有些。如試驗(yàn)段任何有些不合格，則將該有些挖除，再進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)段的試驗(yàn)至抵達(dá)復(fù)合需要的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中止

碾壓

Rolling

（1）在攤鋪修整后立即用壓路機(jī)跟在攤鋪機(jī)后在全寬范圍內(nèi)進(jìn)行碾壓。按靜碾－弱振－強(qiáng)震－靜碾的程序進(jìn)行碾壓施工，碾壓施工過(guò)程中壓路機(jī)行進(jìn)速度控制在1.5km/h～
